Kvartyrka.com.ua is not an agency — it is a marketplace of listings published by owners themselves. We curate and verify listings and remove everything extra from the process: agency commissions, intermediaries and hidden fees. You always know who you are dealing with.

Our mission is to make renting honest: you deal directly with the person who owns the apartment.

Responsibility

We are responsible for every listing we publish: we verify the apartment exists, the price is current and the owner is real. If information becomes outdated, the listing is updated or removed right away. Your time is what we value most.
