FAQ
Is the rent really commission-free?
Yes. All apartments on the site are rented by owners directly: you pay no agency or platform fees — only the landlord, under the contract.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Each listing has the owner’s contact or a request form. Write or call — usually a viewing can be arranged as early as the next day.
What is included in the rental price?
Only what is stated in the listing: usually the rent and utilities. No “processing fees” or commissions — that is the platform rule.
What about utility bills?
Agree with the owner how utilities and meters will be calculated — usually by meter readings. This is recorded in the contract to avoid disputes later.
I want to rent out my apartment. How does it work?
Write to us via the “Rent out your apartment” form — we will publish your listing for free and without commission. You talk to candidates yourself.
How can I make sure the person is the owner?
At the viewing, ask for the property documents and ID. The owner is always ready to show them — and you also have the right to check the property is not mortgaged.
What documents are needed to rent?
Passport, taxpayer ID and, if you like, an income statement. The contract is signed directly with the owner — we will send a template on request.
How do I sign the contract with the owner?
Draw up a standard lease agreement and fix the amount, term, payment schedule and the apartment inventory. Both parties sign — and you can move in.
Can I move in with pets?
Owners state this in the listing themselves (the “Pets” filter). If it is not stated, ask directly at the viewing.
Can I sell my apartment through the site?
Yes — the “Sale” section is also owner listings. Publish your apartment or find the one you need and contact the seller directly.
